Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place your order, which is why it takes us a little longer to deliver them. Making products to order rather than in bulk helps reduce overproduction. Our workshops are located all over the world, so your delivery address determines which workshop will handle your order, optimizing both delivery times and the environmental impact of transport. Choosing Deckster is not only a winning strategy for your game nights, it's also good for the planet.

Although our products are created to order just for you, because we are a young brand eager for constructive feedback from our customers, and because we don't place profit as our sole objective (see “Who's behind Deckster?” below), we gladly accept returns, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns will result in a full refund of your purchase, within two weeks. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We think this is fair, since we offer free delivery worldwide and are one of the few brands to accept returns for any reason, even though our products are made to order.

You'll find the returns address on the sheet that came with your items in the original packaging. This address may differ from that of the sender or Deckster headquarters. My name's Boris Plays and I created Deckster in 2024. I've been working in the world of card games and the web for over 10 years, at Funbridge. I love timeless, quality clothing with a minimalist design, and I wanted to subtly display a part of what forged my identity: card games. After a few searches for industrial partners and a few prototypes, which I still wear proudly, I created Deckster.

I created this brand because I wanted to wear it, and for the joy I get from a project created with my own hands.
